Order Processing

All orders placed with Cannock Confectionery are prepared and packed fresh. Standard processing time is 1–2 working days. During peak periods, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Delivery Services

Orders are dispatched using reputable UK delivery providers. Delivery timeframes and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the service selected.

A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.

Packaging & Product Care

All products, including our Pick & Mix Pouches, are sealed and packaged to maintain freshness and minimise the risk of damage during transit.
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Cannock Confectionery cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Missed Deliveries & Returns to Sender

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we can arrange redelivery. A new delivery charge will apply.

Cannock Confectionery currently delivers within the United Kingdom. Customers outside the UK may contact us to enquire about potential delivery options.
