Returns Policy

At Cannock Confectionery, all our sweets — especially our Pick & Mix Pouches — are packed fresh to order. Because they’re food items, we can’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If something’s wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not quite right, contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number
• A brief description
• A clear photo

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

ALLERGENS

All allergens and ingredients are listed on our product pages and pouch labels. Once opened or eaten, we can’t refund allergen‑related issues.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method
